Magnesium Oil Spray

Magnesium oil spray is a concentrated, topically applied mixture of magnesium chloride and water, commonly used to increase magnesium levels, ease muscle soreness, reduce cramping, and promote relaxation or better sleep. It is absorbed directly through the skin, offering a convenient alternative to pills, especially for targeting specific areas like sore joints or muscles.

Directions:

Apply 4-5 sprays on to clean dry skin and gently massage until absorbed. Use as needed.

It is normal to experience itching or tingling and can be a sign of magnesium deficiency. It's temporary and the sensation should fade with regular use. We recommend using on your least sensitive areas like the soles of your feet until the tingling subsides. You can also apply a body oil or moisturiser over the top of the spray to soothe. You can also wash off the oil after 30 minutes.

This product comes in a 120mL plastic bottle with a spray applicator.

Purified Water, Magnesium Chloride

Our pure high-grade formula contains 400mg of magnesium chloride per 1 ml of magnesium oil spray.

Shake well before use. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply to broken, irritated, or freshly shaved skin. If persistent itching, dryness, or a burning sensation occurs, discontinue use.
